The remote planet Makeb holds a secret resource powerful enough to change the course of the entire galactic war: a rare substance known as isotope-5. The Hutt Cartel has initiated a massive operation to seize the planet and harness isotope-5 for themselves, and the Republic is already moving to oppose them. With resources running thin, elite Imperial forces are needed to strike subtly and decisively through the chaos on Makeb and capture isotope-5 for the Empire.
